3. Confirm the order. Agree the exact items, total amount, delivery destination and applicable purchase terms. Make payment only through the confirmed purchasing arrangement.
4. Check delivery. When your parcel arrives, check the quantity, packaging and product details against your order. Contact us promptly if there is a mismatch or damage.
5. Keep the order information. Retain your invoice, batch and expiry details. They can help resolve product or delivery queries later.
Delivery and Returns.
Delivery timing depends on the dispatch location, stock and destination. We will confirm the applicable estimate before you order. The company’s overseas shipping information may not apply to Malaysian orders.
Ask for the written return policy before payment, including the time limit, condition of goods, return postage and how refunds are handled. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, keep the packaging and contact us with your order details.
